Slovenia offers a vide rage of river types (freestone, chalk streams, lakes), so fly life is changing constantly, type of fly that is hatching more depends on courant conditions (weather, temperatures, water level) then river type, or time in the year. That is why it is best to go guided, but if you would like to explore rivers on your own, I can also offer you few different selections of flies that were designed and tested on our rivers.
