Dan, I just want to say thanks for taking the time to forward the info to me for Rok Lustrick. I got in touch with Rok and he sent me several links to hotels and bed and breakfast. I made the arrangements with the bed and breakfast, Hotel Penzion Stare. I have just returned and I have to say that the trip was absolutely more than I could have ever imagined. The B&B was beautiful and located in a very quiet out of the way place right beside the river and the lake it emptied into. The host was gracious and the food was wonderful to say the least. I hooked up with Rok for 6 days of some of the best flyfishing I have ever experienced for all native Bows, Browns, Brookies, Grayling and the rare Marble trout. The water is absolutely gin clear and every river has it’s own characteristics that make it unique and different to fish. The guide you referred me to was the most, easy going guy I have ever worked with and he worked his butt off everyday we were out to see that I was on productive water and active fish. Rok was every bit interested in seeing that my trip was memorable and enjoyable. While we were traveling to and from the different rivers he doubled as a tour guide pointing out all the historical sights and points of interest. Rok is a very talented fisherman and fly tyer and is a very personable individual with whom anyone would enjoy fishing. This will have to rank as one of the best trips one could take with memories to last a lifetime. Thanks again for your part by putting me in touch with Rok when the Orvis trip didn’t materialize.
