Vipava river

Vipava river is a mixture between chalk stream and freestone river. Overlooking Vipava valley and is spectacular mountain tops, vineyards and small villages. Vipava river is inhabited with Marble trout, Brown trout, Grayling and Rainbow trout.
Fishing season: Trout and Grayling April – October
